Order confirmation

Once your order is placed, your card will be pre-authorised, but no charges will be made at that point. We’ll then reach out to our supplier to confirm the item is available for immediate dispatch. If everything checks out, we’ll process the payment and ship your order right away. In the event of a delay—such as the item being on backorder—we’ll cancel the pre-authorisation and get in touch with you to provide an update.

Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you can expect when ordering from us:

Standard Orders
Most orders are processed and delivered within 3–10 business days depending on the product. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you within 48 hours.

Hot Tubs
Hot tub deliveries require a little more time and preparation. Delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks, as a comprehensive site survey is necessary to ensure safe and successful installation. This survey helps us assess access to the property and identify any potential restrictions. The survey can be completed easily via a phone call with our team.

Brand-Specific Times
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the brand of the item ordered. Any exceptions or extended timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.
